Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. International customers should be aware that any customs fees or import taxes are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your TYR Swimming purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.

Return Timeframe

You may return or exchange items within 15 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Competition Swimwear
  • Bottoms
  • Apparel

Exceptions are made only if these items are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order.

Subject line: “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”

Step 2: Provide Details

Include in your email:

  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • The reason for return
  • For exchanges: specify the replacement item(s) you prefer

Step 3: Receive Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Step 4: Package Your Items

Securely pack the items with all original tags and packaging.

Step 5: Ship Your Return

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for the package until it reaches us.

Refund Information

Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • JCB
  • PayPal

Timing

Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item
