At TYR Swimming, we stand behind our high-performance swimwear and gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Competition Swimwear, Bottoms, and Apparel unless the items are defective or damaged upon arrival. All other products in categories like Accessories, Backpacks, Bags, Beach & Board, Carryalls, Duffels, Fins, Footwear, Gear, Goggles are eligible for return or exchange.
Returns Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return Request – [Your Order Number]”.
- Provide Details: Include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Receive Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the unused, undamaged items with original tags still attached in their original packaging.

Exchanges Process
Follow the same steps as the returns process, clearly indicating in your email that you’d like an exchange and specifying the replacement item(s) you prefer.
Refund Information
- Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days), we’ll process your refund.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Timing: Depending on your financial institution, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping cost to send your replacement item.
