Each product page includes detailed size charts. For competition swimwear, we recommend checking the specific competition fit guidelines as these often run tighter than recreational swimwear. If you’re between sizes or unsure, we suggest sizing up for comfort.

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping ($12.95 USD)
   • Carriers: DHL or FedEx
   • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
   • Includes tracking
2. Free Shipping (for orders over $50)
   • Carrier: EMS
   • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

We ship worldwide to most countries, excluding some Asian and remote regions. During checkout, you’ll be able to see if we deliver to your location. Our main warehouse is located in Chicago, US.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website (DHL, FedEx, or EMS) to follow your package’s journey.

We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery. To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We’ll provide return instructions

Items must be unused, in original condition with tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with hygiene liner intact.

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
